Refund Policy

Digital Product - No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of your personalized SoulMap report, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Exceptions

We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Errors

If we fail to deliver your Complete SoulMap report due to technical issues on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. This includes:

  • Report not sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase
  • PDF file is corrupted or unreadable
  • Payment processed but no report generated

2. Wrong Reading Delivered

If you receive a report that is clearly intended for someone else (wrong names, wrong birth dates), we will:

  • Immediately generate the correct reading for you at no charge, OR
  • Provide a full refund if you prefer

3. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges.

What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following are not valid reasons for a refund:

  • Dissatisfaction with content: "I didn't like what it said" or "It wasn't what I wanted to hear"
  • Changed mind: Regretting the purchase after reading
  • Accuracy concerns: Disagreeing with astrological interpretations (readings are for entertainment purposes)
  • Expected different format: The report format is clearly described before purchase
  • Already read the report: Once you've accessed and read the content

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions, please:

  1. Email us at: soulmaplive@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number or email used for purchase
  3. Explain the specific issue (technical error, wrong reading, etc.)
  4. Provide screenshots if applicable

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond accordingly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
